Load / Energy Assessment              

A Load Analysis / Energy Management consult is performed whenever a project is being considered for a residence or business, and the client is considering installing a Solar Voltaic, Solar Thermal or Wind project. This is a critical consult for any of these projects as the information gathered during the process is mandatory to properly design and size and of any of these systems. The fee for this service is determined by the complexity of the information being assembled and can increase depending on the size of the project and the time involved in gathering the information.  A simple Load Analysis Worksheet has been provided for you at the bottom of this page to download for your personal use as an alternative or starting point.

This fee for this service would be applied to the cost of any project moving forward to installation.

Solar Site Assessment                

A Solar Site Assessment is performed when a client is looking at the installation of a Solar Water Heating System, Solar Air Heating System or a PV (Photovoltaic) System. We use the Solar Pathfinder Shade Analysis tool and other diagnostics to perform these assessments, giving you a site specific, geographically correct analysis of the Solar potential of your project. A detailed computerized report is produced showing the best angle and placement for collectors, placement of buildings for Passive Solar gain and percentage each Month of the Insolation on your site (percentage of sunlight). This information becomes a critical part of your Solar System design moving forward to installation, and can save you money by knowing exactly what your particular requirements are and how to acheive the maximum performance from your proposed system. This assessment is also a very useful tool in the planning phase of new home construction or building  to take advantage of the best sunlight availability on the proposed sight.

This fee for this service is over and above the cost of any project moving forward to installation.

Lighting Design Consult         

A  Lighting Design consult is performed for a client who is considering installing a Lighting System for their residence, business, interior or landscape. We walk the property with the client, take note of features and areas of the property the client wants special attention given, and provide a written proposal outlining the layout, costs, timelines and details of the proposed project before a final decision is made by the client.

We provide lighting using Halogen, LED, CFL and even 12-Volt Low Voltage as well as a myriad of lighting products specifically designed for interior office or residence lighting to maximize the efficiency of the system. Our specialty is LED lighting design and products for Solar application either industrial or remote. Any lighting design can incorporate Solar technology while providing a beautifully lit design. This fee for this service would be applied to the cost of any project moving forward to installation.
